Junior Graphic Designer

who loves bold, scroll-stopping visual design and wants to work at the cutting edge of performance marketing. This is a hands-on role where you’ll create engaging creatives for digital ads, collaborate closely with copywriters and marketers, and explore the use of AI tools to enhance your workflow.

What You’ll Do

  • Design static and motion creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers to build and iterate quickly on ad variations.
  • Maintain strong visual alignment with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Stay updated on the latest design and advertising trends, especially in DTC and SaaS.
  • Use tools like Midjourney, Runway, and AI-enhanced plugins to speed up workflows (training provided if needed).

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably for digital ads or social media.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (bonus: After Effects or Premiere Pro).
  • A strong eye for visual hierarchy, composition, and color.
  • Passion for fast, iterative design and performance-focused creative thinking.
  • Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools and new formats.
