Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our organization. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in graphic design principles, demonstrated expertise in vector artwork, and the ability to prepare accurate virtual proofs, mock-ups, and art setups. This role requires technical proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key responsibilities :

Develop, modify, and finalize vector-based artwork for various design requirements.
Prepare precise virtual proofs, mock-ups, and art setups in accordance with project specifications.
Ensure all design outputs adhere to quality standards and accuracy requirements
Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to produce professional design materials.
Conduct thorough reviews of artwork to identify and correct errors prior to submission.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills :

Certificate in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
Demonstrated understanding of fundamental graphic design concepts and terminology.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team setting.

Professional Experience :

Adobe Illustrator:
Minimum of 1 2 years of professional experience (Required).
Adobe Photoshop:
Minimum of 1 2 years of professional experience (Required).

Assessment and Selection Process :

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a
practical design assessment
at the office.
Assessment Duration:
Approximately 2 3 hours.
