Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics that resonate with our target audience. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets for various campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. The role requires a keen eye for design, proficiency in graphic design software, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into captivating visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design compelling graphics, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, infographics, email templates, and print collateral.
• Develop creative concepts and ideas that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Produce high-quality visual assets that effectively communicate key messages and engage the target audience.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of design work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier pro, Canva ).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work across various platforms and mediums.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input.

SKILLS

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, Illustrator).
• Basic Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience with branding and brand identity development.
• Good Communication

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
