About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CorelDRAW (CDR), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and basic knowledge of design principles. Experience with Figma will be considered an added advantage. You will work closely with the senior design and marketing teams to create engaging graphics for digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit designs, layouts, and visual content using CDR, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Support the design team in developing brand creatives, marketing collateral, social media posts, banners, and presentations.
• Assist in creating wireframes or UI layouts if required (Figma knowledge preferred).
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to understand design briefs and deliver high-quality results.
• Make revisions based on feedback and maintain design accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of design principles, layouts, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of Figma is preferred (not mandatory).
• Creativity with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant design experience.
