Junior Graphic Designer.Location:Pune, Full Time, 10:00 am-7:00 pm, 6 daysA Visual Designer at KOSA is responsible for shaping the visual aspects of the brand across the website, packaging, and all communication materials, including defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics such as layouts, illustrations, logos, and photos. This role requires the ability to support day-to-day design activities and consistently produce creative materials that align with the brand ethos.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Conceptualization & Prototyping - Plan and illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy
• Creative Asset Production - Create a wide range of digital assets like graphics, layouts, photos, and videos.
• Physical & Product Design - Design production-ready packaging materials with structural integrity, ensuring compliance with brand and printing standards.
• Internal Stakeholder Collaboration - Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through the completion of a project.
• Vendor & External Partner Management - Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects.
• Visual Asset Management - Maintain the visual library, brand identity, and guidelines.
• Market Awareness - Monitor industry trends and assist in digital marketing strategy and brand awareness exercises.
• Professional Development - Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
