Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate should have a good aesthetic sense, a keen eye for detail, and great understanding of brand communication across digital and print platforms. This role requires someone with the ability to translate briefs into compelling visual content, particularly for industries like F&B, FMCG, Pharma, Beauty & Skincare, and Real Estate. Responsibilities: Design and deliver creatives for social media campaigns, branding, event collateral, presentations, and marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to conceptualize and execute campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all design work. Support senior designers and team leads with ongoing design projects and day-to-day tasks. Edit and retouch images, as required. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques. Ideal Candidate Should Be: Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout. Able to take feedback constructively and work collaboratively. Proactive and organized with a strong sense of responsibility. A self-learner with a willingness to explore and experiment. Comfortable working on tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional design experience (internships/freelance work will also be considered). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Knowledge of social media creatives, branding, and print design. Good communication skills in English. Basic understanding of pre-press and print production is a plus. A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work is mandatory. Location: Malad (E), Mumbai.
