Junior Graphic Designer

Role: Junior Designer

Location: Thane (Mumbai)

Work Experience: 0-2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent in Design or Fine Arts

Role Objective: The Junior Designer will be responsible for understanding the target audience and creating original and fresh designs to build highly engaging branding and communications that drive higher user engagement.

Job Description:

• Continuous benchmarking of clients’ competitors and industry practices w.r.t. design and branding
• Continuous benchmarking and keeping abreast with the latest design, colour, branding and font trends that are being followed
• Research on various content trends, ideas and promotions within and outside client industries
• Build fresh design ideas for new promotions, content mix, and communication channels to drive higher engagement and customer stickiness
• Seek information from Client Servicing to understand key business parameters and evaluate the success of marketing efforts, engagement rate, open rate and conversion
• Collaborate with the Client Servicing team to build an engaging monthly bank, campaigns and content to drive higher engagement and conversion driving monthly business targets
• Ensure timely closing of monthly content banks for each client to avoid last-minute requests or changes in the plan and campaigns

Required Skills:

• Hands on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,
• Good knowledge of Fonts, Typography, color schemes, mood boards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to ideate and create fresh ideas and content on the go
• Excellent in research and understanding topics and target audience
• Excellent in Time Management.
