Junior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. Your strong eye for design and expertise in video editing will be essential in delivering high-quality materials. Key Responsibilities: - Graphic Design: - Visual Content Creation: - Design graphics for digital and print media such as social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements. - Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials. - Collaborative Projects: - Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet campaign objectives. - Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive messaging and design. - Brand Development: - Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines. - Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and are consistent across all platforms. - Video Editing: - Video Production: - Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations. - Create promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, and other video content as needed. - Post-Production: - Perform video post-production tasks, including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics/animations. - Ensure all video content is high-quality and aligns with the brand's visual standards. - Project Management: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the final product is delivered on time. - Organize and maintain a library of video and graphic assets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor. - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). - Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). - Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work. - Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis. Additionally, you will benefit from cell phone and internet reimbursement. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design is required. The work location is in person.
