Junior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at the company, your role will involve a variety of technical and operational tasks to ensure the successful completion of all B2B printing and creative convert orders. You will collaborate with vendors, create graphic artworks, design social media content, and develop product mock-ups. Additionally, you will oversee the design of corporate bulk orders and new products like journals, planners, and notebook covers. Key Responsibilities: - Design all B2B printing and creative convert orders - Coordinate with vendors for various printing requirements - Create graphic artworks based on customer needs - Design social media posts and videos in collaboration with the marketing team - Develop product mock-ups and update them as necessary - Design website banners and category banners - Manage the design and printing of corporate bulk orders - Create new products such as journals, planners, and notebook covers In terms of operations, you will be accountable for maintaining detailed records of all orders, organizing graphic design databases, ensuring customer preferences are met, updating necessary design software, obtaining management approval for design work, submitting vendor and client design reports, and cross-checking vendor bills.
