Junior Fullstack Developer

As a Junior Fullstack Developer at our company, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, focusing on backend development. Your role will involve collaborating with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to build scalable and performant web applications. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining backend services, RESTful APIs, and data management systems. You will work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews, debugging, and optimization efforts, as well as collaborating with the product and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time are key aspects of this role. Additionally, staying updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices is essential. The must-have skills for this position include 2-4 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development with a strong backend focus, proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, or similar backend frameworks, working knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, familiarity with frontend technologies like React.js, Next.js, or Angular, experience in building and integrating REST APIs, and a strong understanding of Git, version control, and code management workflows. It would be beneficial to have exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, and a basic understanding of microservices architecture.
