Junior Executive – Insurance

We are seeking a motivated Junior Executive – Insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the healthcare industry and be responsible for managing insurance-related tasks, coordinating with providers, and ensuring smooth claim and policy processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and clients for policy and claim processes
• Verify coverage, eligibility, and documentation for insurance cases
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending claims or approvals
• Guide clients through insurance procedures and requirements
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Requirements:

• Good understanding of insurance procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (Healthcare or Insurance background preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
• Prior exposure to insurance coordination, claims processing, or related administrative work preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
