Junior Engineer Tech Operations

As an IT Operations Engineer, your primary role will be to monitor and maintain the health of servers, networks, and cloud services. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems and environments. Additionally, you will deploy and configure software applications with guidance from senior engineers. Your responsibilities will also include implementing automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks, performing regular system backups and recovery procedures, and collaborating with teams to deploy and operate new technologies and systems. Moreover, you will provide support during maintenance windows, respond promptly to incidents, and document operational processes, procedures, and configurations. You will also support automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 critical system support.
