Junior Engineer Tech Operations

As a Server and Network Administrator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of servers, networks, and cloud services. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and maintaining the health of servers, networks, and cloud services. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across systems and environments. - Deploying and configuring software applications with guidance from senior engineers. - Implementing automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks. - Performing regular system backups and recovery procedures. - Collaborating with teams to deploy and operate new technologies and systems. - Providing support during maintenance windows and responding promptly to incidents. - Documenting operational processes, procedures, and configurations. - Supporting automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency. - Participating in on-call rotations for 24/7 critical system support.
