Productivity / Quality /Safety / Process Development & Correction
- Assembly/ Testing of machine as per desired TAKT
- Can resolve quality problems independently
- Set-up & adherence of Standard Operating Procedure
- Safety precautions during the Work
- Hands on experience on Operation and Testing of Mining & Tunnelling m/c
Daily review and reporting of Production targets. Make corrective action and focus on Assembly process improvements.
Skill Development
- Provide Adequate information to the co-workers & Supervisors
- Learning attitude and capability to impart training to other Team members.
- Can train the team members
- Sincere, Hardworking & Punctual at work
