Job Description

/Role & responsibilities

Follow Company Policies, Sops and work instructions.
Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Quality,

Maintenance, Stores)

Communicate Progress and issues to seniors on time.
Ensure adherence to ISO/Company quality standards.
Provide technical support to team members
Maintain discipline & Workplace Safety.
Ensure Optimal utilization of resources, material and time.
Implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support Continuous improvement initiatives (5S,Kaizen,Cost reduction)

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics Engineering

Mechanical, E&TC

2 to 5 years of hands of experience in electrical manufacturing environment
Exposure to Production, testing, development or Assembly of Electrical Products.
Experience in working with drawings, BOM and Work Instructions.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
