Job Description

Position

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds (Hot Runner & Cold Runner).
Conduct daily mould inspection, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to plastic moulds.
Support mould changeover and setup processes.
Coordinate with the Production and Tool Room teams for smooth operations.
Maintain mould maintenance history and documentation.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory management of mould components.
Understand basic mould design for repair and modification coordination.

Desired Skills

Hands-on experience with injection mould maintenance and repair.
Understanding of plastic mould designs and components.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of polishing, fitting, and benchwork of moulds.
Basic understanding of moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
