Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily finishing work including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, POP, carpentry, and false ceiling.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution of finishing activities.
Review finishing drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure work is carried out as per design and quality standards.
Assist in planning and scheduling finishing activities to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and material usage.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and quality checklists.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, site protocols, and quality norms.
Support the Project Engineer in resolving finishing-related technical or site issues.
Verify and certify contractor bills related to finishing works.
Maintain proper documentation related to finishing progress, inspection, and quality control.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in finishing works for residential / commercial projects.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of finishing activities (plaster, paint, tiling, POP, waterproofing, flooring, carpentry, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret finishing drawings and specifications.
Understanding of material quality and finishing standards.
Familiarity with site coordination, supervision, and safety practices.
Software Skills:
MS Office, AutoCAD (basic preferred).
Other Skills:
Attention to detail, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and time managemen
