As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality control post loan closing and pre-funding processes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing pre-closing and pre-funding documentation for accuracy before document release, as well as verifying post-closing documentation accuracy and confirming the presence of all necessary supporting documents. You will also be tasked with recording and reporting loan exceptions. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate expertise in various loan review processes such as RADD, forensic review, QM (Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA), non-QM, and portfolio loans review. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating credit and income details, including income calculation, employment income, self-employed income, rental income, and other income sources. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in identifying red flags on loan files, such as discrepancies in income and asset documents, credit reports, fraud reports, and exclusionary lists. Knowledge of applicable federal regulations and state laws will be advantageous, and you should be able to prioritize tasks effectively while adhering to policies, programs, and guidelines. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for this role, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to new responsibilities, and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment. Your interpersonal skills and collaborative approach will be key in influencing and working effectively within a team. Roles & Responsibilities: Supervision and Management: Oversees all diagnostic work in the cytogenetics lab, including personnel management, quality assurance, and project management. Technical Expertise: Possesses a strong understanding of cytogenetics, including cell culture, chromosome analysis (karyotyping), FISH, and microarray analysis. Result Interpretation and Reporting: Analyses and interprets cytogenetic results, prepares reports, collaborates with other healthcare professionals and releases reports well within defined turn around time. Quality Assurance: Implements and maintains quality control procedures and ensures adherence to regulatory compliance standards. Training and Development: Trains and supervises laboratory staff in cytogenetic procedures and safety protocols. As a Technician or Senior Technician in this role, your primary focus will be on configuring and installing CCTV systems (both IP and Analog) as well as installing and configuring Fire Detection Systems (both Addressable and Conventional). Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a team, communicating effectively with customers, and possessing knowledge of fire protection systems. Your responsibilities will include configuring and installing CCTV systems, installing and configuring Fire Alarm Systems, and having knowledge of Hydrant systems. As a Senior/Principal Design Engineer - Water at Ramboll, you will be responsible for designing water and wastewater treatment plants and ensuring the quality of drawings produced by CAD technicians/Modellers. Your role will involve coordinating with the team lead, project manager, and other engineers to deliver tasks related to process and hydraulic design, as well as 2D and 3D drawings/models. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of deliverables and contributing to the overall success of the Water department. To excel in this position, you should hold a BE/B. Tech degree in Civil/Chemical Engineering from a reputable institute, with an ME/ M. Tech in Environmental Engineering being desirable. You are expected to have 6 to 12 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plant design, with knowledge of design codes such as German ATV Standards, DIN, or other international standards. Familiarity with wastewater treatment technologies like Conventional ASP, CASP, Extended Aeration Process, Sequencing Batch Reactor, and Advanced Treatment with MBR and MBBR/IFAS is essential. Additionally, expertise in Advanced Water Treatment/Desalination processes including MF, UF, RO, Mixed Bed Polishing, ZLD, Ozone, and Biological Activated Carbon Gravity Filter would be advantageous. You should be proficient in preparing Flow and Mass Balances, Process Design, Equipment Sizing, Hydraulic Design Calculations, Plant Layouts, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, and Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings. Experience with Bill of Quantities estimation, Costing, and using design/drawing software like AutoCAD 2D and MS Excel is preferred.
