RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) To carry out all engineering & operational procedures
2) Ensure proper functioning of the following system in the facility
i. All Electrical Systems
ii. All HVAC system
iii. All Pacs
iv. Water, Plumbing, Sanitary Systems
v. Elevators/Lifts.
3) Daily inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc for a
better management of engineering systems
4) To adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule.
5) Ensure proper usage &functioning of e-fit facility tool.
6) Conduct M&E onboarding process, back to Basic as defined.
7) Ensure proper usage & functioning of e-fit facility tool (VMT, FM APP Sites ops modules).
8 Ensure proper usage of Tabs for Log sheet readings & Check list
