Junior Engineer (Civil)

As a Construction Assistant, your main responsibility will be to assist in the setup and execution of Mivan formwork for construction projects. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the quality and timely completion of site activities. Your role will involve accurately placing and aligning Mivan formwork on-site, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Regular inspections of the formwork will be conducted by you to uphold safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will be involved in managing materials, resources, and the workforce on-site, as well as maintaining site documentation and progress reports. To excel in this role, you should have a basic knowledge of Mivan formwork and construction methods, along with familiarity with civil engineering tools and equipment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential. You must also be capable of reading and understanding construction drawings and plans. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software would be advantageous. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
