Junior distribution officer ( Marketing )

Dear Candidates,

• • Preparing regular reports in Excel with support from SAP Data
• • Understanding routine business and interacting with Transporters
• • Liasioning with Port and Railway officials on basis of regular duties by using Railway and Port Websites details
• • Calculating the Road and Rake Freights then and there by using Railway FOIS & Online data
• • Analyse and preparing warehouse Utilisation reports from SAP Database
• • Regular coordination with Finance, Marketing field officers, Regional Manager to execute his regular duties
• • By using MS Excel to prepare regular management reports.
• • By using MS Word to draft letters, notes and approvals
• • Should have good negotiation skills and managing Vendors/Transporters
• • Resolving regular issues arising from Internal and External customers
• • Preparing regular presentation by using MS Powerpoint for management review meetings
• • Able to arrange small meetings then and there on basis of business exigencies.
• Age : Below 27 Years

Candidate with Bachelor Degree – B.com/ BBA/B.Sc.

Between 2 Years to 4 Years relevant experience in any Corporate Office Set up

Preferred : Fertilizer / Petrochemical Plant / Any Manufacturing Industry

Skills : Comprehensive exposure in using of SAP, MS – Excel, Word & Powerpoint

*Candidates Belonging to Tamilnadu and willing to relocate to Tuticorin.
Candidates from Madurai, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi and Kanyakumari Districts will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
