Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage app marketing, paid advertising, and digital growth initiatives for our taxi and ride-hailing platform in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Google & Meta Ads, app install campaigns, and performance tracking, with a strong understanding of growth strategies for mobile-first platforms.

You will work closely with the external marketing agencies to analyze lead quality, campaign ROI, and conversion performance. Your expertise in Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and attribution modeling will guide strategic decisions that scale campaigns and improve marketing efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Mastery of paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Campaign Management: Ability to strategize, execute, and improve marketing campaigns with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Budget Handling: Efficiently managing marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Technical Know-How: Understanding of tracking, automation platforms, and attribution models.
  • Coordination with marketing teams, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Communication: Clear reporting.
  • Key Competencies: Collaborative, analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications:✓ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, especially with a focus on marketing, analytics, or digital strategy.

· Certifications in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, Analytics certifications) are highly valued.

· 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing roles.

· Proven track record managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, programmatic, etc.).

· Strong background in data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.

· Experience handling sizable marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
