Junior Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as identifying target audiences, creating strategies, implementing them across various digital channels, and knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Paid Advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and analyzing target audiences for various campaigns.- Help develop and execute digital marketing strategies across different platforms.- Support in implementing campaigns on SEO, SMM, and Google/Facebook Ads.- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistency and alignment with goals.- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends for SEO and PPC.- Manage basic tasks on social media platforms (posting, engagement, and reporting).- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or any related field.- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts like target audience, strategy building, and channel implementation.- Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Completion of a digital marketing course or internship.- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.- Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
