ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and adapt digital assets for websites, social media, emailers, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Support the Senior Designer in maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to create engaging and purposeful visuals.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand asset libraries.
• Apply feedback constructively and continuously improve your creative output.
• Explore design trends, tools, and techniques to keep your work fresh and innovative.
• Assist in basic motion graphics or video edits (if required).

SKILLS

• 1-2 years of experience in digital or graphic design.
• A portfolio showcasing understanding of layout, colour, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Basic understanding of responsive design, social media formats, and digital asset specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of content trends, digital formats, and influencer collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing digital trends, with the ability to manage pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
