Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Digital Ad Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an entry-level professional passionate about digital media and sales. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, learning the intricacies of digital advertising, and contributing to revenue growth. While direct sales experience is not mandatory, a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and a hunger to succeed are essential. Herein, you will be given an experience of reaching out clients personally, meeting clients, market visits etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales managers in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials for prospective clients.
  • Market Research & Market Visits: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify prospective clients, analyze industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence. This role also involves scheduling client meetings, actively networking to expand our reach, and effectively converting these interactions into revenue generation.
  • Lead Generation: Support efforts to identify and qualify new business leads through various channels.
  • Client Communication: Assist in maintaining communication with clients and agencies, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information under supervision.
  • Campaign Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of various digital ad products (e.g., display, video, native, programmatic) and their metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Ad Operations team to understand campaign setup and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Assist in updating and maintaining client information and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles, advertising concepts, and online media (e.g., through coursework, internships, personal projects).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
