Junior Devops Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and scaling of cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Manage and monitor server environments and ensure high availability.
• Participate in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Automate deployment processes to various environments (development, testing, and production).
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Write scripts (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
• Analyze logs and performance metrics to troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development life cycle.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure efficient testing and continuous integration.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in DevOps or a similar role.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
