Junior Developer

As a software developer at Allerin, you will play a crucial role in writing high-quality code that meets customer requirements while focusing on simplicity, clarity, and testability. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and engage with stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements. Your responsibilities will include investigating and proposing solutions to development and design challenges, participating in work estimation and forecasting, and ensuring adherence to architecture, design, and security standards. Key Responsibilities: - Write high-quality code to meet customer needs with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and testability. - Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives. - Investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems. - Participate in work estimation and forecasting. - Adhere to architecture, design, and security standards. - Conduct code reviews and implement unit and integration tests. - Develop reusable software building blocks for faster delivery. - Improve the performance of existing software by diagnosing and resolving critical issues. - Prepare technical documentation including software design evaluation plans and test results. Qualifications: - Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) and comprehension skills. - Strong object-oriented design and development skills. - Knowledge/coding experience in Python, R, Ruby. - Ability to thrive in a demanding environment with new challenges. - Quick learner with problem-solving skills. - Patience, resilience, and flexibility. - High attention to detailing. - Experience or knowledge of Data Analytics/Data Mining, Object-Oriented Design, Algorithms, Data structures, and Database technologies. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
