Junior Design Engineer

As a Junior Design Engineer at Sudhir Srivastava Innovations Private Limited, your role will involve applying core mechanical engineering principles to design challenges and utilizing knowledge of material science and processing methods for product design. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing product designs using SolidWorks, defining technical specifications, and designing requirements. Additionally, you must develop, evaluate, and optimize mechanical and electromechanical components, assemblies, and systems aligned with customer and business needs. Collaboration across teams to drive continuous process improvements and clear communication of technical updates will be key aspects of your role. Maintaining detailed documentation and coordinating with external vendors are also essential responsibilities. Building a strong collaborative culture across cross-functional teams is crucial for success in this role. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience: - 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in product design and development. - Experience with medical-grade materials and processes is a plus. - Proficient in CAD design, drafting, rapid prototyping, and GD&T. - Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements for product development in the medical device industry is a plus.
