About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

Junior Data Scientist

who is passionate about data, analytics, and building impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, machine learning, and working with large datasets to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Build and implement predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate visualizations.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
Assist in creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
Validate model performance and fine-tune algorithms as required.
Document analytical processes, methodologies, and findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or data science.
Strong knowledge of
Python
or
R
, with experience using libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn.
Experience with
SQL
and handling relational databases.
Understanding of machine learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Good to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of NLP techniques or deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras).
Experience in deploying ML models.
