Junior Data Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist stakeholders by fulfilling their data and reporting requirements.
• Prepare spreadsheets and summaries for quick decision-making.
• Build simple dashboards and charts to help track performance.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and follow quality control practices.
• Coordinate regularly with senior data analysts to align on tasks.
• Process confidential data responsibly and in accordance with establishedaccording to guidelines.
• Learn and adapt quickly to emerging analytics tools and techniques.
• Contribute to identifying better ways to collect or structure data.
• Maintain alignment with the company's vision and mission.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in

  Google Sheets/Excel

  for quick data analysis and summaries.
• Working knowledge of

  Looker Studio

  or other BI tools.
• Strong focus on

  attention to detail

  and logical thinking.
• Foundational knowledge of

  SQL (BigQuery)

  is preferred.
• Willingness to learn tools like

  DBT, Python

  , or basic stats.
• Comfortable working in a
