As a Customer Success and Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following: - Having 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Service & Operations Management - Demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Showcasing multi-tasking abilities - Handling escalations effectively Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 3 years of total work experience (Preferred) - At least 2 years of experience in Escalation Handling & problem-solving skills (Preferred) - 2 years of experience in Customer Success & Operations Management (Preferred) Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift from Monday to Friday. If you are not located in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will need to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.,
