About the Role

The Creative Producer will be a key member of the Video Production team, responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient production of high-quality video content across various platforms, such as social media, website, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of video production workflows, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Pre-Production:

• Develop and manage production schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with creative teams (writers, directors, designers) to ensure all logistical and production needs are met.
• Obtain necessary permits, locations, and equipment rentals.
• Cast and schedule talent (actors, voiceover artists).

Production:

• Oversee all aspects of on-set production, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain Log-sheet on set.
• Ensure that the equipment safely reaches the location from the office and is returned as well.
• Troubleshoot any unexpected issues that may arise during filming.

Post-Production:

• Coordinate with editors, sound engineers, and other post-production personnel.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished video assets.
• Maintain and archive all production materials.

Apply If:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, or a related field (preferred)
• At Least 1-2 years in video production as an Associate Producer/ Production Manager or comparable role
• Presents the ability to manage resources and budget effectively, schedules and resources
• Has strong organizational and time management abilities and prioritizes the accomplishment of tasks and deadlines
