Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and cold-calling. 2. Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and identify business opportunities. 3. Sales Support: Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets. 4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. 5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software. 6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align business development strategies. 7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline growth, and market trends. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA Preferred. 2. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4.
