Junior Chemist- Synthesis

An R&D Chemist focuses on developing and improving chemical products and processes. They conduct experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with teams to create new products or enhance existing ones, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design experiments and develop chemical formulations.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot product/process issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to bring new products to market.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of chemistry and lab techniques.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (minimum) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in R&D or a relevant industry preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
