Junior Chemist - Assist in formulating and testing rubber compounds to meet customer specifications and industry standards. - Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. - Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, tests, and results. Qualification: - B.Sc. in Chemistry Experience: - 2-3 years in laboratory and mixing, preferably in a rubber company.,
