Junior Chemist

Role Overview: You will be joining Flowers Paints, a leading paint manufacturing firm, as a Junior Chemist. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of our products such as Emulsion, Primer, Enamel, and Tile Polish at our manufacturing unit in Kanjikode, Palakkad. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate proficiency with laboratory equipment to conduct various experiments and tests. - Utilize laboratory software and standard office applications such as Microsoft Excel for data analysis and interpretation. - Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals. - Analyze problems and develop practical solutions to enhance product quality. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry is a must. - Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field is required. - Proficient in using laboratory software and Microsoft Excel. - Ability to analyze data, conduct research, and interpret experimental results. - Strong teamwork skills and problem-solving abilities. - Preferred male candidates aged between 25-35. Please note that this position is full-time and the work location is on-site at our manufacturing unit in Kanjikode, Palakkad.
