Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Chemist at PolarisTek Testing Services LLP, located in Kalyan. The Junior Chemist will perform laboratory experiments, assist in research and development processes, and ensure adherence to quality control standards. The role involves analyzing product samples, generating detailed reports, and supporting senior chemists in key projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including the safe use of equipment and chemicals. Understanding of Quality Control processes and practices to ensure compliance with standards. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and perform accurate testing. Experience or a keen interest in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting Research to support innovation. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field is required. Relevant internships or prior experience in laboratory settings is an advantage.
