Junior Buyer with French

As a Junior Buyer with French at Wipro Technologies, you will be part of a new team and project. Your primary responsibility will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with the client organization within the energy and utility client industry. Here is what you will be expected to do: - Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions, including RFX/Contracts, Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites. - Understand and respond to end-user queries related to procurement operations. - Manage exceptional transactions effectively. - Assist in generating savings for the organization. - Perform non-voice daily tasks 30% of the time and voice tasks 70% of the time. Qualifications Required: - Good English and French language skills, both written and conversational. - Minimum of 2 years of BPO Experience. - Exposure to Procurement Operations would be beneficial. - High School Graduate/University Graduate in any discipline. - Basic orientation in S2P operations, PR/PO processes. - Proficiency in Typing/MS Office/Key-boarding skills. - Experience working with SAP, Oracle, ARIBA, or COUPA. Nice to have & Trainable Skills: - Exposure to procurement operations. - Neutral Voice, Accent, and call management. - Procurement domain Knowledge and Industry Skills.
