Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

Qualifications: - 1+ year of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst. - Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools like DOMO, Grafana, or similar. - Some practical experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI (internships or projects are acceptable). - Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar). - Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Interest in cloud infrastructure and IaaS environments. - Exposure to SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets) or willingness to learn. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. - Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks. - Interest in cost analysis and financial modeling. - Strong communication skills, able to explain data to a variety of audiences.
