Junior Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from clients.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and document functional specifications.
  
• Work with development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  
• Conduct basic

  market research

  to identify trends and potential opportunities.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for process improvement.
  
• Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and other project artifacts.
  
• Support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.
  
• Help manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met.
  
• Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and internal teams.
  
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years

  of experience in business analysis, preferably in an

  IT services

  company.
• Strong understanding of

  business processes

  , systems, and technology integration.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  
• Basic understanding of

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with

  Visio

  for process mapping is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like

  JIRA, Confluence

• Understanding of

  data analysis

  and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of

  ERP systems, CRM software, or custom software solutions
