Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Campaign Planning & Execution: - Support marketing in planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, etc.) to drive brand awareness and sales. - Work with the marketing team to create promotional content and materials. - Ensure timely execution of marketing activities, both online and offline. 2. Market Research & Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer needs, and emerging trends. - Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies. 3. Digital Marketing: - Assist marketing team in digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media platforms. - Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement. - Collaborate with agencies or internal teams on website content, online advertisements, and other digital initiatives. 4. Content Creation & Copy-writing: - Assist in creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels. - Write marketing copy for ads, brochures, emails, and product descriptions. - Ensure content is aligned with the companys brand and messaging guidelines. 5. Social Media Management: - Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms. - Support marketing team in creating, scheduling, and manage posts to engage with the audience and build an online community. - Monitor social media analytics and report on performance. 6. Event Coordination: - Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities. - Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and branding for events to enhance visibility. - Engage with customers and stakeholders during events to promote the brand. 7. Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to align marketing strategies with company goals. - Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media to ensure successful campaign execution. - Communicate marketing plans and results to the broader team and management. 8. Reporting & Analysis: - Measure the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on campaign effectiveness and market insights.
