You have 12 years of experience in bidding or business development and possess excellent English writing and communication skills. Your role as a Junior Bidder / Business Development Executive will involve identifying leads, writing high-converting proposals using AI tools like ChatGPT and Jasper, and successfully winning projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, bidding on various platforms, maintaining CRM records, following up with leads, and collaborating with technical teams for scope estimation and project delivery. Your success in this role will depend on your logical thinking, familiarity with freelancing platforms, smart use of AI tools for proposal generation, and results-driven personality. This is a full-time position based in Phase-8B Mohali with day shifts and weekend availability required. Additionally, you will have benefits such as leave encashment provided.,
