Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for optimization.
  • Create compelling ad copy and optimized landing pages to improve ad relevance and quality score.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEM, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to ensure alignment of SEM campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and optimization of SEM campaigns, including targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of performance targets.

Professional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Digital marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in search engine marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful SEM campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms preferred.
  • Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
