Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Associate with a keen interest in property law and non-litigation matters to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and vetting various legal agreements and documents, ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize various property-related agreements, including sale agreements, leave & license agreements, conveyance deeds, MOU, gift deeds, affidavits, POAs, and other legal documents.
• Assist in SRA & MHADA documentation, society conveyance, and registration-related legal work.
• Conduct legal research and ensure that all agreements comply with current laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, senior associates, and government authorities for document execution and registrations.
• Assist in title due diligence, society matters, and real estate compliance-related work.
• Maintain and update legal documentation and case files systematically.

Qualifications & Skills:

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council of India is preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in property law, real estate, or non-litigation legal practice.
• Strong drafting and legal writing skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SRA, MHADA, RERA, and property registration laws is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and authorities.
