As a Junior Associate - Research at MS, you will be an integral part of the Strategy & Intelligence team, supporting the Research Associate and Business Analyst in delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting Research Associate and Business Analyst in tracking industry trends, competitors, and market shifts - Collecting, structuring, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions - Maintaining up-to-date competitor intelligence files and dashboards - Assisting in preparing CEO-level briefings, memos, and presentation decks - Building clean, compelling slides and data visuals for leadership use - Supporting confidential and high-impact projects with precision and discretion - Helping prep for key meetings with research summaries and talking points - Keeping research documentation organized, current, and accessible Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters degree in Economics, Business, or related field - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts - Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for creating clear, professional, and engaging decks - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proactive learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment,
