Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Art Motion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of translating ideas into engaging motion and static visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative layouts for digital and print campaigns.
• Create and edit motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Develop high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Work on art layouting, design execution, and asset preparation.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver cohesive brand visuals.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of art layouting and execution.
• Creativity with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to different design styles and formats.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

Additional Requirements

• Must have your own laptop with updated design software.
• Must have a reliable WiFi connection for smooth remote collaboration.
• This is a work-from-home opportunity – you can work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or equivalent (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience as a Motion Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills (mandatory).
