Junior Architect

Job Summary

AEC Associates is seeking motivated individuals with strong CAD and Revit skills to join our

team as Junior Architects. Ideal candidates will have 0-3 years of experience in architectural

and/or interior design or engineering services. The primary responsibilities include producing

construction documents and participating in the QA/QC process for international projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drawing Production:

o Responsible for producing project drawings across all design and construction

phases, including As-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, and

Construction Documentation, ensuring they meet project owner expectations.

• Quality Assurance:

o Follow company SOPs and client-specific CAD/BIM templates to implement

quality checks on as-built drawings, architectural/interior design, and

construction documents.

• Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with Intermediate and Senior Architects/Interior

Designers/Engineers, adhering to reporting protocols.

o Manage assigned tasks efficiently to ensure timely and error-free deliveries.

• Expertise:

o Basic knowledge of building construction systems and standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Background in architectural/interior design/engineering documentation preferred, with

an understanding of design documentation standards and practices.

• Familiarity with architectural/interior design/engineering processes both in the office

and on-site.

• Strong execution of processes to minimize performance and productivity losses.

• Good written and spoken English skills.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred.

• 0-3 years of experience in the AEC industry, including experience in the design and

documentation of architectural/interior design/engineering projects (new construction

and renovation).
