Job Description

Responsibilities: Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects in developing architectural designs for various projects. Drafting: Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Research: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to support design decisions. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and present design proposals. Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Documentation: Assist in preparing project documentation including design presentations, specifications, and construction drawings. Quality Control: Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project standards and regulations. Site Visits: Visit project sites to observe construction progress and address any design-related issues. Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior architects. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings and documents.
