Junior Architect / Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer at our company, you will be involved in designing projects from concept to completion. This will include actively participating in planning, drawings, views, rendering, pricing, project management, sourcing, and styling. Key Responsibilities: - Designing projects from concept to completion - Planning, creating drawings, views, and renderings - Managing project pricing and sourcing materials - Overseeing project management tasks - Collaborating with team members and demonstrating leadership skills Qualification Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or BDes - Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design - Proficiency in drafting and visualization software - Experience with Email, Scheduling Programs, Excel Sheets, and Google Drive Docs As an ideal candidate, you should possess the following personality traits: - Smart and proactive approach towards work - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities Additionally, other requirements for this position include: - Preferably based in Kochi - Ownership of a two/four-wheeler for transportation - Ability to provide a certificate from a previous employer - Portfolio showcasing your design work Please note that this is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
