Job Description:

Studio Headed North is a dynamic architecture and design firm based in Kolkata, known for crafting innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces. We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts and solutions.
• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and specifications & Contribute to developing design presentations and proposals.
• Research materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to projects.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing input and support as needed.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Assist in site visits and inspections during various stages of project development.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1-2 years of work experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Key Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and working in a team environment.
• Other Qualities: Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative in projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
